Being on the receiving end of abuse is never our fault. But we may feel that it is. And we may feel that the pain of what we went through or are still going through is too much. We may feel that we can never escape from the pain.

...it's time to let others help. Some of us have family or friends who can help. Some of us haven't. And sometimes it's family or friends who have hurt us or are even still hurting us. So we need someone else to turn to when we feel stranded, helpless and lost.
Gateway Counselling offers online support, via Zoom, Skype or WhatsApp to people in pain because of abuse, neglect or loss.
